The brief
Millboard, a UK-based manufacturer of realistic composite decking product, planned to break into the North American home improvement market. As part of their marketing plan they exhibited at DeckExpo and International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas with large custom built stands, largely constructed from their own decking materials
The challenge
Sourcing high quality labour and unique floral and furniture features to ensure that the overall stand experience befitted a premium brand. Sourcing and project managing suppliers who shared Millboard’s vision of a premium experience
The concept
The design called for the construction of a space reminiscent of a top-end domestic outdoor space including not just expertly constructed Millboard features but also specifically chosen furniture and plants to create a unique environment
The build process
After shortlisting the best local suppliers & selecting those that fit best, Generation Exhibitions oversaw the on-site build, managing the build schedule to ensure union labour was provided to the optimum timetable. The stands were finished ahead of schedule and to the highest standard.
Results
An always-busy exhibition stand that brought the Millboard brand to life, enabling product display, presentations and hospitality service. A stand that was truly differentiated from all others at this huge and busy event.
